What forms of payment do you accept?

Where are you based and do you travel?

Happy Herd Photography is based in central Kentucky, but I LOVE to travel and I'm always up for an adventure! Depending on the location, a travel fee may be required. HHP also travels to the Richmond, Virginia area semi-annually (spring & fall) for sessions.

Do you have a Client Closet?

Yes, HHP does have a Client Closet that is continually growing! Just let us know that you're interested, and we will discuss the options that may fit your session "vision". I do also offer assistance with styling for your session. All you have to do is ask and we can go over your wardrobe options and I'll give you my input based on my experience.

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Every attempt will be made to fulfill a scheduled session. It is at the Photographer’s discretion if a session will require postponement or cannot take place due to extreme weather conditions. Seasonal hot or cold temperatures and overcast conditions are excluded from this. In the event of an extreme weather condition, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed upon date with no additional charge.

What is your rescheduling policy?

In the event of Rescheduling (inclement weather excluded), Client must provide, at minimum, a 24-hour notice. Client is granted one reschedule as a courtesy (inclement weather excluded) but any additional requests to reschedule will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Photographer will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Client’s change. All rescheduled sessions must be done within the calendar year. No rescheduled sessions will be allowed to carry over into the following year. If Photographer cannot accommodate Client’s change despite using all commercially reasonable efforts, the parties agree that such Rescheduling will be deemed as Cancellation by Client and that Photographer will be under no obligation to perform the Services other than on the original date of the Services. Photographer also reserves the right to not reschedule a session after two reschedules have already been granted. In the event of this, all paid fees are forfeited and will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographer.

When will we get our photos?

Regular sessions will receive an online gallery link within 1-3 weeks. Wedding gallery delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks for non-peak months and 8-12 weeks for peak months (May, June, September, October, November). You will be able to download all of your images as well as share them, choose your favorites, and order prints directly from your gallery!

Do you offer print products?

Yes, I do! Once you receive your online gallery, you may easily select your favorite images and order print products directly from your gallery from my recommended vendor(s). Simple as that!

Can I post my images to social media forums?

Absolutely! Please be sure to credit Happy Herd Photography by Allison White and tag our business page(s). However, you may not alter the image in any way. This includes "filters" and any cropping outside out the format Instagram & Facebook requires.
